The research, published in the Journal of Medical Virology, showed that Apogen® acts as a viral firewall by preventing viral penetration into cells, inhibiting viral replication through multiple mechanisms, and rapidly upregulating the immune system through glutathione and antioxidant support.

Although Apogen® is produced from blue-green algae, it is not the same as Spirulina. It would take approximately 450 tablets of Spirulina to make one serving of Apogen®. It does not kill viruses – instead it protects cells from viruses by creating a viral firewall that many viruses can’t cross.

Directions for use:

Daily prevention: 1 capsule 3x daily for 5-10 days.

Chronic viral infections: 2 capsules 2x daily.
